Arcturus watches are designed in Singapore and manufactured in China. We are not afraid to declare our manufacturers are Chinese. We vetted over 20 manufacturers before finding the right one who could execute our vision perfectly. We also pass on cost savings to customers, so they don’t pay unnecessary premiums.
ANY WARRANTY?
Yes – we provide a one-year warranty for all our watches. If your product contains a defect, reach out to us.
WHERE ARE YOUR WATCHES MADE?
The biggest challenge microbrands face is unexpected manufacturing delays. These affect when your watch will be shipped out. To manage this, we factor in the risk of these delays into our production and delivery date estimates, and work closely with manufacturers to stick to timelines. Rest assured we will do our best to get you your watch as soon as possible.
No. For the final price of the watch, kindly take into account your country's VAT/GST rates on imported goods.
